Refund policy

At Club Circuit, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we are a small, independent brand, all sales are final unless an item arrives with a manufacturer defect.

Manufacturer Defects
If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Manufacturer defects may include:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Misprint or major graphic error

  • Torn seams or holes present upon arrival

  • Significant stitching defects

To submit a defect claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Email us at BrakedownCollective@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear, multiple photos of the defect

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Minor variations in color or print placement
