Orders

When will my order ship? How do I track my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with delivery updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it.

Please check with your local carrier first. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll help investigate.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. After your order ships, most deliveries arrive within:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Currently, our items are made to order. Unfortunately, at this time we can not accept returns or exchanges. If your product is defective, please contact us at BrakedownCollective@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Since our products are made to order, we can't offer size exchanges.

Products

How do your garments fit?

Each product includes its own size guide on the product page. Many of our pieces feature an oversized fit, so be sure to review the measurements before ordering.

How should I wash my clothing?

Turn garments inside out, wash cold with similar colors, and tumble dry on low or hang dry to help preserve the print and fabric.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some pieces may return, while others are limited releases. Once a collection is gone, there's no guarantee it'll be restocked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay and other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Club Circuit never stores your payment information.
